Tian Tian Elite English school Guiyang. This is and has been an excellent school to me.

My China Experience in Hangzhou, Haida review.

Hey Everyone, I’m writing this for my girlfriend and I who spent a year in Hangzhou working for Greentown Yuhua School via the Haida agency. I’ve put it into sections which I hope is helpful. Hangzhou specifically, China generally: Great (frequently weird, in a good way) Greentown Yuhua School: The middle school was great, the kindergarten not so much (more detail below). I gave Ben’s email to the school’s foreign teacher recruiter – hopefully going directly through the school will eliminate the issues we had with the agency. Haida Agency: Fairly bad Longer review: General stuff: Our flat was lovely,…

First Leap English, Beijing & Shenyang

Hi! My name is Lewis. I’m originally from the UK, born and raised in a small city called Bath, located in the South West of England. Nick: China – Round 3

My arrival in China this year was very different from my previous experience. I had been to Beijing for a month in 2007, and Dalian for a year in 2010; this time I was headed for Hangzhou. Giving them days and days of fun and interactive lessons to form a summer camp. For so many private teachers like me, this doesn’t mean we can rest. It in fact means overtime! This year I taught a summer immersion camp for my school. There were three…

My School

I work for a school called Tian Tian Elite education (田田教育) a private school company employing approximately 200 hundred Chinese teachers and an additional 8 foreign teachers and accommodates an estimated 20,000 students in numerous branch schools dotted around the city and further out in Guizhou province. The school is friendly and has excellent staff and a competitive salary.  Originally, I was down to go anywhere in China except the busy big cities of Beijing and Shanghai and I chose TT in Guiyang for the relatively higher salary compared to other schools. It wasn’t until I started working in Guiyang…
